We love to host passionate people who align with our kaupapa! BGI’s Troup House is purpose-built to provide comfortable, functional spaces for meetings, workshops, events, and community gatherings of 2–100 people, and is largely wheelchair accessible.

We also cater for bookings -if you would like kai, just select ‘Yes’ under ‘Catering’ in the form.

Wharenui
The Wharenui is our largest meeting room that can comfortably fit 30 people seated. It is equipped with a large white board wall, projector, projector screen and speakers.

Gallery
Doubling as a community art gallery, this space comfortably sits 18 people. It is equipped with a projector and speakers and includes a gender neutral toilet and small kitchenette.

Office
This area can be used for large scale events and can fit up to 100 people. We can move the desks to configure it perfectly for your event. It includes two break out rooms, toilet and kitchenette.
NB: Office space may not be available during working hours.

Kitchen
Large commercial kitchen fully equipped with convection hobs and double oven.

Workshop
Small meeting room with large square table. Can fit up to 12 people and is equipped with projector sound and access to kitchenette.
