Encouraging young people to be comfortable about their identity through dance
ConfiDance has had a great year which saw the dance crews perform at Te Whaea National Dance and Drama Centre, Readings Cinema Dance Festival and Fashion at the Abbey held at St Johns in the City. The intermediate group also competed in ‘TEAR IT UP’, a national hip-hop dance battle competition. Their has been an addition to the ConfiDance team, Jesse Boyce, who has injected his energy and experience into the ConfiDance program.
